Chad Cannon is an active composer and orchestrator in the Los Angeles area. He works under the mentorship of Conrad Pope, Cliff Tasner, andBill Newlin, having most recently contributed to the orchestration of Alexandre Desplat’s score to Godzilla, and Howard Shore’s scores to The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies and The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug, recorded by Mr. Pope and the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra.
