James Curd, originally from Chicago, now calls Australia home, or as he will tell you, the land of sharks, free healthcare but slow internet. Curd is a self professed synth collector, old die hard skateboarder, lover of basketball and burger connoisseur. As they say, you can take the boy out of Chicago, but you can’t take the Chicago out of the boy. Curd’s resume is just as diverse as list of things he loves. From dabbling into acting at a young age (just ask him about his box of head shots), working in a record store, djing, director’s assisant, to music supervising and movie scoring, Curd is versatile and can adapt to any situation. James Curd is known for his work on The Vow (2012), What Happens in Vegas (2008), Grand Theft Auto V (2013), Don’t Worry Baby (2016).
