Bernard Herrmann (Max Herman) was an American television and film composer, conductor, orchestrator, who collaborated with Alfred Hitchcock, Ray Harryhausen. Bernard Herrmann is known for his work on Psycho, North by Northwest, The Man Who Knew Too Much, Vertigo, The Ghost and Mrs. Muir, Cape Fear, Taxi Driver, The Devil and Daniel Webster, Citizen Kane, The Day the Earth Stood Still, The Twilight Zone, Have Gun–Will Travel.
