Joe Harnell (Joseph Harnell) was an American film and TV composer, musician, arranger. He wrote music to Santa Barbara (1984), In the Heat of the Night (1988), Adolf Eichmann: the Secret Memoirs (2002), The Incredible Hulk (1997), The Bionic Woman (1976), Battles: The Murder That Wouldn’t Die (1980), Shadow Chasers (1985).
