Babylon Berlin is a 2017-2022 German neo-noir period drama television series based on the Gereon Rath crime novel series by Volker Kutscher. The series is created by Tom Tykwer, Achim von Borries, Henk Handloegten, stars Volker Bruch, Liv Lisa Fries, Peter Kurth, Matthias Brandt, Leonie Benesch, Severija Janusauskaite, Ivan Shvedoff, Denis Burgazliev, Lars Eidinger, Misel Maticevic, Ernst Stotzner, and Anton von Lucke.
The third season aired from 24th January to 28th February 2020 on Sky 1 and Das Erste. Babylon Berlin Season 4 is set to premiere on 8th October 2022.
