Wicked: Part Two is a 2025 American musical fantasy film, the second part of the 2-chapter film adaptation of Winnie Holzman and Stephen Schwartz’s stage musical Wicked, which is partially based on the 1900 novel The Wonderful Wizard of Oz by L. Frank Baum and on the 1995 novel Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West by Gregory Maguire. The adaptation is written by Winnie Holzman and Stephen Schwartz, directed by Jon M. Chu, produced by Marc Platt Productions, and distributed by Universal Pictures. The film stars Cynthia Erivo, Ariana Grande, Jonathan Bailey, Jeff Goldblum, Ethan Slater, Marissa Bode, Rehema Muthamia, Sarah-Jayne Riedel, and Bronwyn James.
Wicked: Part Two is set to premiere in the US theaters on 26th November 2025 by Universal Pictures.
