The Penguin is a 2024 American crime drama television miniseries based on the DC Comics character of the same name, a spin-off of the 2022 superhero film The Batman. The series was created by Lauren LeFranc, produced by DC Studios, Warner Bros. Television, Acid and Tender Productions, Chapel Place Productions, 6th & Idaho Motion Picture Company, Zobot Projects, and Dylan Clark Productions, and distributed by HBO.
