The film stars Steve Zahn, Roselyn Sanchez, Judy Greer, Jorge A. Jimenez, Valentina Buzzurro, Jess Gabor, Gala Montes, Tomas Ruiz, Joseph Mancuso, Nico Bracewell, and Jaime De La Torre Bravo.
Gringa premiered at the Whistler Film Festival (WFF) in 2022 and is set to release in the US on 21st April 2023.
