The Kane Chronicles: The Serpent’s Shadow (also known as The Kane Chronicles 3) is an upcoming American action-adventure fantasy film based on the third novel of the same name by Rick Riordan, the part of The Kane Chronicles series, the sequel to the fantasy movies The Kane Chronicles: The Red Pyramid and The Kane Chronicles: The Throne of Fire. The novel trilogy includes three books – The Red Pyramid (2010), The Throne of Fire (2011), and The Serpent’s Shadow (2012).
