Homeroom is a 2021 American documentary film, the third and final chapter of Peter Nicks’ Oakland trilogy – The Waiting Room (2012) and The Force (2017), about the final year in Oakland High School during the COVID-19 pandemic and the George Floyd protests. The film is written by Peter Nicks, Sean Havey and Kristina Motwani, directed by Peter Nicks, distributed by Hulu.
Homeroom premiered on 29th January 2021 at the Sundance Film Festival and was released on 12th August 2021 by Hulu.
